🚚 Delivery Coverage
We currently offer delivery across Pan India.
- Free Delivery on eligible orders across East Pune.
- For all other regions, shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout based on location and order size.
🕒 Processing Time
- All orders are freshly packed and typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- During peak periods or product restocks, processing time may slightly increase — we appreciate your patience!

🔁 Delivery Issues & Returns
If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit:
- Please contact us at contact@thefreshextracts.com within 24–48 hours of the expected delivery date.
- We’ll coordinate with our delivery partners and try to resolve it at the earliest.
🚫 Failed Deliveries
In case the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will reattempt delivery or coordinate with you for further action. Additional charges may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts.
